Clery Act

At OTC, your safety is our priority. We comply with the Clery Act, a federal law requiring colleges and universities to be transparent about campus safety. This means we publish an Annual Security Report (ASR) every October 1st, detailing campus crime statistics, security policies, and resources to help keep our community safe. The ASR also includes information on crime prevention, emergency notifications (OTC Alerts), and timely warnings (Campus Safety Notices). We're committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can thrive. Learn more.
