The mission of this program is to prepare students for employment in the Electronics Integration industry.


Upon completion of the Enterprise Desktop and Mobile Support Technology program, students can enter the Electronics Integration program. An Electronic Systems Technician (EST) installs, upgrades, and services a wide variety of residential and commercial electronic systems including; Audio/Video Systems, Computers, Lighting, Automation Conrols, Security, Telecom, Cable, Satellite and Green Technologies. An EST’s role is both high tech and hands on, and is ideal for someone who is tech savvy and likes to work with his or her hands.

Occupational Completion Points (OCPs)

This program is a planned sequence of instruction consisting of three occupational completion points. A student who completes the applicable competencies at any occupational completion point may either continue with the training or become an occupational completer.

Academic Skill Level Required to Complete the Program

Grade 10 math, language and reading.
