Message from the Chief of District Police
The Orange Technical College is a valuable asset to the Central Florida community. Protecting that asset and ensuring that the students and staff are safe requires a community-wide commitment. Developing a sense of awareness and cooperation among our campus community is essential to the accomplishment of our mission of safety. Clery Act
At OTC, your safety is our priority. We comply with the Clery Act, a federal law requiring colleges and universities to be transparent about campus safety. This means we publish an Annual Security Report (ASR) every October 1st, detailing campus crime statistics, security policies, and resources to help keep our community safe. The ASR also includes information on crime prevention, emergency notifications (OTC Alerts), and timely warnings (Campus Safety Notices).
