Submit an EEO Discrimination Complaint
Employees or applicants who feel that they have been discriminated against, harassed or denied any rights as set forth in School Board Policies File GBA may file a complaint with the district Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) officer within 60 days of the initial incident(s). All complaints will be handled promptly and an efficient and timely investigation will take place, in accordance with the timelines prescribed in Employee/Student/Applicant Grievance/Complaint Procedures.

Submit a Whistleblower Complaint
Our whistleblower process urges any employee or member of the public to report any known or suspected violation of law or policy, theft, fraud or abuse, or damage to the public's health, safety or welfare.  The procedure guarantees that no action will be taken against any employee who makes a good faith complaint. However, you may submit an anonymous, confidential complaint by calling (407) 317-3976.

If your question is not answered there, or you still need additional information, please submit an Ethics Question through the online form below which will be answered by the Ethics Compliance Officer in a timely fashion.
