Main Campus
Orange Technical College - Main Campus began serving the residents of Orange County in 1933 and was formerly known as Orange County Vocational School. OTC - Main Campus opened in 1981 at the current site at 301 West Amelia Street, Orlando, Florida. Although its beginnings started some time ago, it has grown to be a great learning institution that our students are proud to attend. This 135,000 square-foot, five-story building is located in downtown Orlando just west of Interstate 4 at the intersection of Hughey and Amelia Streets. OTC - Main Campus students and faculty represent a broad spectrum of cultural, national, and ethnic backgrounds reflective of the surrounding community.
OTC - Main Campus is Central Florida’s premier provider of healthcare career training programs with specializations in patient care, including Practical Nursing, Surgical Technology, Health Unit Coordinator/Monitor Technician, Patient Care Assistant, and Nursing Assistant (Long Term Care). We also offer Adult General Education programs, including GED and ESOL classes. We now offer Integrated Education & Training programs, where qualifying GED and ESOL students can dual enroll in Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Assistant career training programs. When looking for quality education at a fraction of the cost of other educational institutions, head to Orange Technical College.
