Additional Registration Information

Students will complete the student application and provide the documentation listed in the tabs below.

Veterans, please go see either the Financial Aid Office or Admissions Office to sign an informational form pertaining to the Isakson and Roe requirements.

Career and Technical Education (CTE)
Students will submit required documentation below to include with the application.
  • A valid U.S. government-issued identification (not expired)
    • If your ID says TEMPORARY, please provide a second proof of identification (Employment Authorization Card or documentation, I-94, U.S. Permanent Resident Card, Passport with a valid U.S. Visa)
  • OCPS Florida Residency Verification Form
    • Along with the OCPS Florida Residency Verification Form, please mail the two documents used to complete the form.
  • Students may provide one of the following documents for CASAS exemption:
    • Official College Transcript showing degree earned
    • Official State of Florida Public High School Transcript (2007 or after)
    • Official documentation of passing score on a State approved industry certification/licensure exam related to the program of study
    • Active Duty Military
Adult General Education (AGE)
Students will submit required documentation below to include with the application.

After completing your application on campus, you may choose to register at any of the OTC Adult & Community Education (ACE) Centers locations listed below. These registration centers are available for your convenience and offer extended hours, remaining open past 5 PM to accommodate your schedule.
