The Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Program (DAAPP) provides information for students and employees about standards of conduct, legal sanctions, health risks, available support resources, and disciplinary sanctions related to alcohol and controlled substances.

The DAAPP is provided in accordance with the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act requirements.

What the DAAPP includes
  • Standards of conduct that prohibit the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol.
  • Overview of legal sanctions for offenses under applicable laws.
  • Summary of health risks linked to drug use and alcohol abuse.
  • Information on available counseling, treatment, and rehabilitation programs.
  • Disciplinary sanctions, including expulsion, termination, and prosecution for violations.

You can access this information by downloading the digital version of the Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Program or by visiting any OTC campus to request a printed copy.
